Tous les accommodements étaient correct. Seul point négatif des moisissures dans la salle de bain au mur et plafond et le plancher de la cuisine pas propre.

We like how the pool is mostly empty

A/C wasn’t working properly, stains on carpet , breakfast is very simple (eggs ever the worst).

Breakfast was pretty good.

Housekeeping could have been MUCH better. Very minimal was done. Handprints on mirror, hair in shower. It lloked like the bed was made and trash taken out and thats it. Kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors. Parents not watching their kids in the pool. The pool area was very small.

Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had to request fresh towels, toilet paper and toiletries as the rooms were not refreshed very often but staff were very helpful in providing these items. Breakfast very good and staff excellent, would have liked more fruit selection.

DIRTY ROOM, NO SHAMPOO, NO CONDITIONER, AND NO SOAP

Daily housekeeping was not available, asked for garbage bags from front desk for kitchen garbage and was handed small bathroom garbage bags. Went to store to purchase normal size bags.

Plates were dirty at breakfast with left over food.

Couldn’t unpack bags drawers looked like someone ate chips in them and they hadn’t been cleaned ever, same with kitchen cabinets. Behind the main entrance door to the room had never been cleaned so much old food parts and mouse turds. Couch was so stained and with actual crust of sorts in it you could not even sit in it. Yes I took pictures.
