Overall we liked the stay, especially since it was clean, updated, and well-maintained. We were excited that the venue has a pool, work-out rom, bar, and mini-cafe/restaurant.

Unfortunately, the breakfast staff left an unpleasant lasting impression. If you stay here, we recommend saving the $15 and going somewhere else.

Excellent customer service as we arrived late in the evening. The next morning housekeeping asked if we needed room cleaned. Gave us extra towels for our stay. On our last day I need to wash a blanket my daughter threw up and front desk provided detergent pack. I will stay here again next time we come back to Victoria.

The toilet needed to be screw to the floor. It was wobbly.

Beds were comfortable and facilities were clean

Loved the size of the room, the bed and linens were nice. Everything felt clean. Property was quiet and even though we were right next to the elevators we could not hear anyone in the hallways.

Got charged twice and was just able to get 2 toasts and coffee for my breakfast with $10 allowed.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows and really enjoyed relaxing by the huge fire pit. The swimming pool was nice too. Different layout of the room than most places.
