It was clean and comfortable and close to the mall

Bacon every day for breakfast! nice bed and pillows clean room

The pool was closed missed having daily room cleaning

No coffee in the morning and the lady at the front desk was rude, the sink in the rest room was dirty and no trash bags in trash can in the room and we found someone's hair on the fitted sheet

-Bedding was white, clean, and comfortable all the way down to mattress. -All staff was courteous, attentive, and helpful. -Hand sanitizer available in common areas.

-Shower curtain needs to be replaced. -No eggs for breakfast

Clean, welcoming (front desk clerk) feel, room was clean and comfortable bed/pillows.

Would of loved eggs without cheese or bagel with cream cheese

Comfortable bed. Main areas were clean.

Room needed dusting. Dirty shower head.

Wished the pool was operational

the staff did greet us with a smile but then that's where all the APOLOGIES STARTED..

1st off at check in we were told the pool was broken we were very upset because we booked that hotel just for the indoor pool... 1st room TV DIDNT WORK 2nd room the 2nd bed had HAIR all in the bed like they just made the bed without changing the sheets plus the Security Latch on the door was loose and broken like someone broke in before ... all 3 Ice machines on every floor were broken... we actually think this Hotel was in foreclosure because it was so run down ... ...overall HORRIBLE STAY .... VERY VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... I NEED A REPRESENTATIVE FROM MARRIOTT INDUSTRIES TO CONTACT ME ABOUT MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION...
