the property did not look like it does on line. the room we were in the first day, smelled so bad, it was making me very nauseated, and it was setting off my grandsons asthma, he had to use his inhaler more than he has ever had in that short of time! I told the guy at the front desk the place looked like a dump. there was not one outlet that any of our things would stay in, thank goodness my grandson had his inhalers with him. I called and complained to booking.com. the next morning when we took our showers, the water wouldn’t even drain, so there was at least 6” of standing water in the tub. the next day I asked the girls in the office if they don’t clean the rooms because we had left for the day and came back, the room hadn’t been clean, nor had the put clean towels in the room! I told her how bad the room was, she came back to our our room, stated she had talked to her mom, the manager and decided they would move us to a new room. the new room looked so much better, I still had a hard time sleeping because the first day we arrived there were people outside using drugs! we would have went to a new motel but they were all booked for the weekend, there was a 2 day race over the weekend! that was the worst, and unsafe motel I have ever stayed at. they really need to update their pictures on line,and do some major cleaning inside, and out!!! The heater didn’t work very well either, and we could feel the wind coming through the gap on the door!!!

I left my dress shirt there and they put it in the back office and the owners said they won't send out to me, why? I don't know why, they're lazy as hell. So one of the employees was nice enough to send to me. Hell if I will ever stay there again

The location was great for what was needed

They were under construction which was fine but nothing was very functional. I asked for non smoking and some of the room I was given was done but it smelled like cigarettes. It was dark and dingy

Rolly at the front desk was very friendly and informational. During my 5 day stay, in the Tri-cities, he and his wife were the most memorable. Besides who I was visiting. I had just pulled into town from Cloverdale British Columbia Canada. The place was fair and it looks like the place is doing some renovations to improve. The mattress was not that great. Even with my memory foam on top. The place was clean and the surrounding grounds were well taken care of. It was an ok stay for a quick overnight. Would probably stay after they improve with their renovations or when I just pull into town again for an overnight. Thx Scott

Booking.com overcharged me $350. I cancelled on 2nd day and have not received notification of reimbursement on my Discover card. I left the name of desk clerk and manager in a message on your email. I would like confirmation please. My email is [email protected]. There was no working pool, no breakfast and the building is under major renovation. I had to buy my own in tub bath mat because none were provided.

The garbage can had garbage from previous person. Floor wasn't vacuumed. Window blind bent so people can peek in. Made me do a deposit of 100, and they billed it out. and won't refund. I read review online and they try to keep the 100 every time. It should have been a hold not billed. I have a loved 1 in the hospital here and they are taking advantage.

If it had not been a long day at the hospital I would of left immediately.

Water would be nice. There was no running water for the night and the next morning i had to melt ice to make coffee.

the staff were friendly and courteous.

There is $100 deposit fee upon arrival. No mention on Booking.com. Room had slight smoke odor. The tub drain was blocked with hair and “debris” (I really don’t want to know what it was) which came up into the tub when I started the water.

Bed unmade, toilet unflushed, no room service for second day, no light fixture on bathroom bulb, water left from melted ice in bucket. The night manager did service the room after we checked in, and changed the dirty sheets on the bed.

There was a family with kids above us and they were making a lot of noise stomping around all hours of the day and night.

Baby crying people trying to console baby people should not be allowed to live there. Or else a long ways away

The desk clerk.

There was no safety lock on the door and no other way to exit room. Room looked like a crime scene waiting to happen. Manager was rude and condesending to the desk clerk who was very helpful. Manager didn't think not having a security lock on inside was a big deal for a single women to stay alone.

There was not breakfast- just coffee and a muffin. We didn’t try either.

So many deposits, potential fees, room checks at check out.
