The hotel is located in the south of the town center, its very well connected. Many dining opportunities and sightseeing places are nearby. My room had a good size and it had a nice coffee machine.

For 2 nights,I was quoted under 400 dollars. My total bill was 537,was disappointed.

Nice interior design. Older gentleman at the reception area was very friendly and helpful.

Room had shaved hair in the bathroom and hairs on the lounge chair. Windows do not block outside noise causing waking up every time a motorcycle drives by. Room was next to the staff room which lead to hearing constant noise from the hallway. Receptionists can be more attentive to at least acknowledge guest’s presence.

Rooms were on the small side. But sufficient for just the two of us.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean room, good quality towels and bed linen, comfortable bed. The room is not big, but has all that I need. No carpet in room, that what I love. The staff are very friendly. The hotel located in 15 min walk from the downtown area ( Riverwalk, Millennium mile) or 8$ by the Uber. CTA Roosevelt station in 5 min walk from the hotel. It was very convenient for me to get to the Midway airport. Also I liked the breakfast at the hotel.

The location is excellent, it was clean and crew was excellent l.

there was a day the room service was not provided.

Staff was fantastic. Interior design and lake view was also fabulous. A perfect stay. I’ll definitely return.

The quality of the toilet paper was rather low.
