I arrived early and they were kind and accommodated me with an early check-in - the staff was very kind. The rooms were lovely and clean and the bed was so comfy. Loved the reading sofa by the room window.
It is an upscale hotel - it was weird that that they charge extra for wifi in the room- but if you sign up for Mariott rewards they comp the wifi charge

Lack of communication btw the Kitchen and the REception, TERRIBLE check in and Check out process with an attitude NOT acceptable for a Hotel of this standing.

I went to Chicago to run my first marathon and the breakfast wasn’t included so I had to bring my food. In addition the lady who was in the cafeteria at 5:00am was so rude, her name is Juliya or something like this… She looks like uncomfortable with her job

Location was fine and appreciated being able to travel indoors to McCormick Place.
I was charged over $110USD for something that was not mine nor my roommate's. I tried calling and speaking to someone and have emailed and called back with no response. This matter has still not been resolved a month later and I will continue to reach out in order to get this charge reversed.

Great! Friendly staff and close to events!
I should of before I stayed but when packing up to check out we stripped the bed to find many stains! Gross!! More than one big yellow spots I’ll let you guess what it was!

The location was great for the Beyoncé concert at Soldier Field and we had a perfect room view of both the Lake and skyline.
Didn’t like the amount of money spent for the stay, the hotel didn’t have valet parking as it was already sold out upon arrival at 8pm that Friday evening for check in.

Very close to the convention center
The price, I for some reason paid much more than any of my friends that stayed there as well. Using Book.com seemed to cost more

We're living at your hotel from 23rd ~27th June. room number is 1040 and 2743.
While you have credit $75*2 and $76 for Security but the money you are not giving me back yet. Which appeals "holding situation" on my credit card . we checked out on 27th June, which has already passed 10 business days by now. but the pending authorizations has not released yet . Could you please kindly help to track this?

The location was perfect to access the venue for the concert. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at check-in, the restaurants, valet, etc. Our room was perfect-great natural light, roomy, clean.
We don't have any real complaints. But we could have used more storage. A dresser under the tv would have been perfect.
