The room was fabulous, very spacious. Really well appointed with a luxurious bathtub and huge double head shower. The bed was super comfortable, and there was nothing lacking in terms of comfort. Bonus that the air conditioning did an awesome job combating the unusual heat outside. The town of Sutter Creek is always a favorite, with some really great restaurants and cute local shops. Plus, the wine in this area is outstanding. We didn't have the included breakfast, but my husband said it looked fabulous when he went by to get some coffee.

Disappointed in that we expected an afternoon happy hour to include an appetizer platter. They offered it last time we stayed, but apparently had stopped offering this amenity (although the booking site did mention a happy hour). We had skipped dinner in anticipation of this offering, but fortunately had a cooler with cheeses and wine to substitute. Although our room was awesome, the balcony overlooked a neighbor's neglected, unkept back yard. Finally, really minor but I was disappointed that the room only included plastic/styrofoam cups (not glass/mugs although they did have 2 wine glasses), 2 regular/2 decaf Keurig pods and exactly 1 set of towels for each guest. When I went in search of additional provisions, there was no one to be found in the main guest house.

More like staying in a 19th century home, looked after by a friendly landlady. Kerry went out of her way to make our stay perfect.

Charming decor, spacious room, clean and quiet. Super comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with a nice variety of homemade goods. Easy walk to downtown.

A really comfortable, remodeled Victorian walking distance to downtown Sutter Creek. The fireplace in the room was an unexpected bonus.

I have no complaints, just the weather (!)

Quiet, peaceful, clean, comfortable, secure, well managed, updated and well maintained property.  There’s no smoking and no pets which is a big plus for us. Mary does a great job all around. What an asset to the property. Continental style breakfast is not the usual, same stuff as you get in every other property, It is home prepared and has personal attention. Very comfortable experience. Rooms have air-conditioning and widescreen TV with complete entertainment selections. Those amenities were not listed.  You will not be disappointed like so many other places in the area. 

The only thing I would suggest is to have some softer seating in the rooms to view the television. The period chairs are not well suited for that purpose, but a great room nonetheless 

We stayed in the suite. it was a very large room and very clean. Beautifully decorated. The bathroom was large and the two person tub and shower were both very nice. Loved the little balcony. It was very clean and overlooked a very old cemetery. All part of the historic town. Breakfast is simple (bagels, English muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and juice). Enough to get your day started.

We expected more of a b&b atmosphere. When we arrived we were told to “Sit down we have rules.” 😐 We also expected (from booking websites)welcome drinks and happy hour. Wine in the room or cookies at night would have heightened the stay. Most shops close by 4:00 so much time is spent in the room. Again the room was beautiful. Staff is not on site after 5:30.

Staff was super helpful and cheerful . The inn was very clean .

The bed in room 8 was very very soft. A new bed would be helpful. We did not have hot water for a shower at 8:30am. The laminate floors are noisy.

Very nice continental breakfast. Great coffee choices. Could easily walk to town from our room.

Only downside for the B&B was the TV. Way to complicated for us non-techies. Suggest at least some printed instructions for its use. We never could get the Oscars live like planned. Was very turned off by some local shops with racist signs in the windows.

I guess the only reason it didn’t get a 10 from me is because the breakfast was kind of boring. It was the exact same both mornings and if they’re doing a Continental Breakfast, it would have been nice to have some pastries, croissants… something a little more special. Maybe add a mimosa option for breakfast. But I would go back and I’d recommend it
