Clean, comfortable, and friendly check in!!
Brandon was very helpful, and check us in ahead of time - since there were some glitches with the system the evening we were due to arrive. It made checking in smooth as we got in at 1:00 am.

Clean shower
So so so loud from the heavy foot traffic all hours day and night above us to the the extreme loud traffic noise. Absolutely no sleep whatsoever

The fact that you didn't recognize my reservation. It was prepaid thru Booking.com. it caused me have a melt down. They wouldn't send their shuttle for me from the airport. I didnt know the area. Bad experience!!! Cost me a lot of time and aggravation. A very BAD start to my stay! I came for my younger brothers Memorial Service. I am almost 80 yrs old. This did NOT sit well with me at all.

Donna at front desk was AMAZING! super friendly and very helpful
No microwave in the room which was listed on hotels site but NOT booking.com BOOKING.com said we would have a microwave in our room. This was extremely disappointing because we had to go to lobby multiple times a day.

The breakfast was a great value and exceeded my expectations. The hot tub was really nice!
Our refrigerator, pop up assembly and front door holder didn’t work. The towel holder fell off the wall. The staff was great about addressing these items.

it really needs to be updo !! The rooms need up dated, carpet are getting old & housekeeping need to give it a better cleaning something’s are not getting cleaned!!!

The facility was very clean. The breakfast was great all of the necessities I need. It was dog friendly and that is big. Pleasant people working day and night. All in all we had a great stay.
I didn't see or witness anything that was bad. I would certainly stay here again.
