It was close to the mall & it was close to where I needed to be
It wasn’t as clean . It had an ant problem . Also the wifi was down .

Everything is nice here. This is our go to when we travel here. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is always so clean. The beds are super comfortable. It is located in a great area convenient to all there is to do.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was awesome!
Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. We had to buy a mattress topper at Walmart to make it through our stay.

that it was pet friendly and we got a handicap room that smelled & the the front desk clerk sed the manger would contact us regarding our stay nobody never contacted us

The hotel is great the staff is amazing everytime I come to Shelby North Carolina this is my choice of hotel they never disappoint!!!

staff was great..
My truck got damaged from a hit and run in the parking lot while two others were broken in to. no security cameras around hotel. I thought for the price it would at least be safe. Will not stay there again.

The front desk attendant was working graduation weekend and she did a phenomenal job taking care of guests. She was the only one working and it was very busy but she made sure we were taken care of.

Clean and affordable
The low rating is based off of the fact that they lost our reservation and even though they said they were totally booked the front desk ended up finding us a room but only after a lot of deliberation and conversation that they were at fault. I showed them the reservation confirmation from Booking.com and if I had not been persistent my family and I would have no place to stay.

Breakfast was good. Staff great customer service and friendly.
I had a king standard room and was not aware that it didn’t come with a fridge and microwave. I asked and was told standard kings don’t come with a fridge and microwave. I requested one and it was delivered the next morning, BUT IT WAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL. Very disappointing. Will not be staying there again. Also the bathroom had hairs in the soap dish in the shower and the bedding had fuzz balls on it like it was time to throw it away. Pillows horrible and flat as a board. For $450 for 3 nights, expected better quality
