The beds were comfortable

The pool was shut down the entire time and that was one of the reasons why we chose this place. Even though we booked way in advance there was no room for us when we got there. The refrigerator was broken in our first room. The GM was not very apologetic for the issues. We had to have split rooms for the first day and there was old food in the fridge in one of them.

Michael front desk ( night shift) was very friendly professional and polite. Hotel was clean. Quiet.

The noise from the highway was quite loud through out the night, even with the air conditioner on.

We really loved our stay and plan to visit again soon. The hospitality was awesome and the room was like a nothing we expected in a very positive way. We look forward to always booking at the Comfort Inn because we were treated like family.

Having to leave but have to go to work. Our next stay is going to be a longer time.

Maid service was ok. My bracelet broke, and the beads fell under the bathroom sink. The floor was dirty. Probably had not been cleaned in a while.
