The environment is quite and the room is comfortable

Very comfortable bed, very clean, had a fridge, and a microwave, friendly and helpful staff.

The mini waffles I had for breakfast were great! The room was clean, but toilet ran all night, and the ceiling fan didn’t work. The alarm clock’s charging ports for electronics didn’t work, and I didn’t have my block so my phone battery died.

I didn’t like that the toilet ran all night, nor did the ceiling fan. The room was decent overall though.

When we got down there around 7:00 a.m. they were out of fruit, milk and yogurt. I did see bananas added when I filled up my coffee when leaving.

We had a dirty washcloth from the previous person still in the bath area (on the curtain rod). Floors could have used a vacuum, especially in the hallways. Could not adjust the thermostat to a lower temperature.

The blinds fell off when we tried to open. The toliet seat fell off. There was mold in the tub. The floor was sticky. Last visit.

Room was comfortable and was set up in a very cute manner. Hot food was hot

Side access door did not work with cards, housekeeping slammed the doors to rooms closed all day so when they day the room is "noise cancelling" that really doesn't apply to the rooms door since you hear things clear as day. The lamps in the space were turned off so the switch was not doing anything at first so it was hard to find the switches on them in the dark. Also they knocked even though the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was on. Received a call to get out of the room even though I had one more day on my stay because they thought I was a different room. Workout room's treadmill wasn't working at first due to some wifi issues. Breakfast food items were pretty standard quick and easy foods though the eggs were the frozen puck eggs reheated. There was a sporting event so some larger groups of teenagers were there so many of the food options were out an hour before breakfast closed. Overall a very meh experience for the price I paid
