Good, clean room with friendly staff.

Close to my parents house in Fairmont.

Reservations where for two rooms with double beds and I only got one room with double bed. Vending machines out of order. Exit doors to the building where broken. TVs need to be updated in rooms our looked like someone ran over it. Smoke alarm in my daughters room need to be changed cause batteries where dead and front desk had no batteries to change it. So I took it down so it would stop beeping.

Good location. Nice breakfast. Beds were ok but not as good as other comparable hotels.

Room was dirty. Bed was used and changed. Bathroom corner had dirt and grime build up. Shower water pressure was low.

Breakfast was only provided one of the mornings. It was supposed to be both mornings! Staff at desk always on cellphone! Shower curtain needed replaced!

I was so happy about seeing that the entrance was paved. The holes were repaired

When we entered our room on the second floor, there was only one wash cloth hanging. On the sink was the nice display of the hand towel and wash cloth with the makeup remover packet. On the tub/shower was the bath mat with the shower gel, etc. But no bath towels were provided in our room. My boyfriend went down to the desk and was informed that there weren’t any. When he asked why, the front desk lady responded that they needed to be washed. And replied grumpily that she guessed she would have to wash some. My boyfriend responded that that would be nice and when would they be done. She replied in an hour and half. He went back to the front desk at that time and was given the towels. I appreciated that when we registered she was making fresh chocolate chip cookies but she should have also been doing some laundry 🤷‍♀️

Everything was great.room was quite.breakfast was amazing.
