The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was peaceful and quiet and a good location if you are planning on riding the Passion Play mountain bike trail system, which we both walked and rode our bikes. Also there is a trolley stop right outside the hotel which takes you into the town of Eureka Springs. It's $6 per person for an all-day trolley pass, although we only used it once, late in the day, but it was worth not having to drive around looking for a place to park. We really liked Eureka Springs and the mountain bike trails and would stay here again.

The Booking.com website showed wi-fi which was important for us since this was our first time in the area and we were relying on the internet. However, the wi-fi was not working the evening we checked in. This was unfortunate and very inconvenient because we needed it in order to find someplace for dinner after driving all day and more importantly, to look at the trail maps to figure out where we were going to ride our bikes the following morning. Later that day once we went to the office and told the manager she worked to get it up and working. The booking.com website also stated there was a continental breakfast included, but there was only coffee and tea bags available. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom so I went to the office and borrowed one from the manager.

Killed 2 bugs in our room. There was 1 in office where breakfast was. Our room bathroom had a hole kicked in the door. Rug instead of bath mat when getting out of shower. Carpet very dirty.

The room was very nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. It had a minifridge with freezer, microwave and a full size coffee pot. The breakfast had a nice assortment to pick from. The swimming pool was very clean and well kept up, they also had various pool floaties to use.

We love this hotel. I have my favorite room. The bed is beyond perfect. Always clean. Such nice staff. Breakfast is good.

Honestly we have no complaints about this hotel. It's in a very convenient location. We have never had an issue there.

The manager was very nice, communication was good and she tried to accommodate us even though our reservation didn't show up on her end. We were very blessed considering Booking.com screwed up.
