The pass code provided was not correct and had to call to get the password code and that took 45-1 hr.

It was okay...

Do not rent a 3 bedroom from Panhandle at Majestic! It’s really a two bedroom and the 3rd room is a washroom with a bulk bed in it! Totally false information! Would never stay there again!

A lady named Mandy was absolutely terrific. She went above and beyond getting us into our room

More elevators would be nice

Having a market at the condo.

Upon arrival to the room, there were wet, dirty washcloths in the shower. After the first night, my son woke up almost crying from hurting from how hard the mattress was. The remote was missing one battery. They did bring that immediately but the tv did not work. They sent someone to fix it, but they told me something was downloading & as it finished it would work. The person left & the download did not fix it. We went 5 days with no tv. It wouldn’t have been too bad except the weather was terrible the whole time so I was stuck in the condo with a small child & no tv. We actually left 2 days early and came to orange beach.

The location was great! Loved our condo! Very clean and cozy!

The first two nights we were woke by a group of young kids staying in the condo that we shared a common entrance with, had to call security to ask them to quiet down.. the walls are super thin! Could even hear the people above us! The man who rents out the beach chairs in front of the Majestic is very arrogant and rude! We paid over $200 to rent them for 6 days, hours were suppose to be 7-5, if we didn’t get to the chairs by 3 he would take them away, and when we would be there he was forcing everyone out of them no later than 430.! Do yourself a huge one and go buy your own chairs and umbrella! The chairs were falling apart and definitely not worth arguing with the man about times with them!! He was also suppose to put our names on the backs of the chairs so we knew where we were sitting daily, not one day did he do that! It was a random guess where we were sitting each day! Majestic truly needs to find someone who cares about their guests and making someone’s vacation a relaxing one! He definitely and clearly is there for the money ONLY!!
