We had to wait a Extra 30 minutes after 4 to check in because it wasn’t cleaned

It was nice and easy to check in and out.

Loved the condo and the big balcony with the different types of seats for all to sir in.
The door didn't latch very good. If you didn't double check it, you would find it blowing open .

The patio furniture and view of gulf, the board game selection, very clean unit
When we first arrived, the maids had left the door unlocked and partially open which made us nervous. Also the master bed was hard at the foot of bed. Both my husband and myself got bruised bumping into it.

The location was great and the 2 parking passes and 2 beach chairs with umbrella were also great! The condo had a nice layout, updated appliances, an amazing balcony with an exceptional view. It came.well stocked with toilet paper and bath towels and had plenty of hangers.and a roll of paper.towels. there was also soap and travel size shampoo and conditioner in each bath.
The master bed could use at least a new box spring as you can hear the springs popping and creaking every time you move and the unit could use fresh paint. There were also no beach towels.for use which would.be nice as these are bulky items to.bring when traveling by plane.

The did not tell u that they do not supply toilet paper or paper towels you would think that they would supply that if u staying for a week and the money you pay for it.

Location! Decor! View!
Not the fault of the owners- but work being done on the roof- and also outside on the beach- made it difficult to enjoy.
Hard to find the condo/parking at night!!!

Location was excellent. Had a large balcony we loved. Tasteful decor and comfortable. I thought the unit was very clean.
When we arrived at 4:02 to check in( supposed to be able to do so at 4:00) they were still cleaning. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes. I found out the second day that the washer didn’t work. Called it in on Tuesday morning, it was Thursday afternoon before repaired. I requested a late checkout and was denied. I was disappointed because of the delay in check in plus losing an afternoon of vacation time having to go to the local laundromat since our washer was out of order.

We stayed on one penthouse at the 23st floor, This condo was beautifully decorated and had an awesome view!! We saw stingrays and dolphins daily from our balcony and from our couch. The rooms were big, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms lots of closet space, the balcony was huge with a big table and 6 chairs, 2 couch and the perfect view! Had a small room in condo with washer and dryer that was real nice for beach towels. The condo was furnished with everything we needed to cook, two floors of parking under the building and additional parking across the street with a covered walk way. The condo is close to stores, restaurants, bars, attractions, and the most important for us it's front to the beach!! Our condo came with complimentary beach service which was greatly appreciated! Two pools, hot tub, 2 saunas , a little gym, 2 grills and an area to eat if you want to grill out. This is a great place to stay! We will stay here again!
The only down side to this condo for us was the road construction outside of the building which made driving hazardous.
