We didn't take advantage of the breakfast.

Our toilet was very loose and so was our shower valve.

the bed was comfortable location was good

not as clean as it should be, breakfast cold and poor, fridge in room did not work, phone lines were cut, no alarm clock ( front desk did not have any)

Room 120 has a good bed, extra pillows. Clean.Comfortable side chair. Good shower pressure.

Lobby air conditioner not working. Breakfast was quite sparse, cold, poor quality. Only 2 hangers for cloths.

I accidentally booked the wrong date and Appletree Inn canceled my reservation free of charge. They were great to work with and the value was unbeatable! Comfy bed and pillows.

The coffee maker was broken at the free breakfast.

The staff was polite.

The management is not paying attention to the state of the building. Non-functioning A/C in first room. Barely-functioning A/C in replacement room. Too tired to move to third room. Slow drain in sink. Extremely slow bath drain. Fire alarm going off at 7am due to other guests grilling in parking lot.

Didn’t try it. Slept to late.

Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. Could hear people walking the halls all hours of the night.

The room was roomy the shower was nice and big area the hot tub was awesome

It said they had a pool view but didn't specify that the window was right outside the pool area so we had screaming kids all night the sink in the living area did not work the paint off the ceiling was peeling down there was a water spot to have water in the ceiling there is lots of spots on the wall that needed touch up paint the hot tub controls was on the wrong side so I made it kind of dangerous to turn the hot tub on because it's slick around the edges the refrigerator was a mini one approximately 16 in tall sitting on the floor the air conditioner did not work in the room most the time David come on for a couple minutes blow cold and then shut off for a couple hours

I did not enjoy any part of our stay. We traveled to see an ailing family member and our room was horrible. We arrived at 6pm and housekeeping was only just starting to make the beds. The sheets were still damp. I attempted to shower and there was no hot water. Also the sink had no hot water at all. If you tried to turn it on it dripped and groaned.

Kind staff.

Hotel is dangerous. Nails sticking out and my wife cut her foot.
