This stay was a great value, and met our expectations as such. Definitely a big feature is super easy public transport access—directly across the street from the T and a bus stop, and rental bikes were also nearby. The room was quite clean, and the bathrooms weren't in bad shape—there were two bathrooms next to each other, both directly by our room, and we didn't encounter anybody else when we needed to use one (and there's bathrooms on other floors if needed, too). Communal kitchen was fine, there were people cooking or eating when we popped up to use the fridge or microwave. Noise and temperature weren't an issue when we stayed, though it on weeknights in May, so YMMV. The cleaning staff we met were also super friendly.

Really, no issues for the price point. Easy stay. I'm pretty particular on my cleanliness, and of course used shower shoes, but nothing was heinous.

Incredibly clean, very central, bed was comfortable and pretty cheap for being Boston.

The room was a little small, but there was more than enough space for our stuff.

If you arrive early, make sure to get the right code to get into the property. I let them know advance that I am coming in earlier than check in time, but they did not activate my code. I called them but call went straight to voicemail and it took me about hour to get their reply by email and got my code activated Hair dryer wasn’t working at all.

It was simple, though I missed the room number in the mail. The staff were quick in their reply, though and helped me out.

Some people were a little noisy during the quiet times. Wasnt too bad though.

Very bad,must not book for it!Air condition did not work at 1st night.It is freezing cold.Just can toke 2 blankets from working room by myself. 2nd night is super hot.The room temperature is over 100Fahrenheit!! Can not stay in room if don't open the door and window!Start to text the staffs and call booking.com from 7:30pm to 11:00pm.No one fix it.the other guess also.came out because it is too hot.So,I just can open the door and window at 3:00am,as a single lady! Can not sleep and don't know how to do!Very very very terrible!Worst hotel/apartment!

On-site coin operated laundry (only allowed during certain hours). Multiple bathrooms, with provided towels and shampoo/body wash in each shower. Great location and acceptable quiet hours.

Email said property included TV in room, Tv was not present. Bathrooms were messy and one was missing an entire towel rail and didnt have hand soap. Kitchen was supposed to be on-site but never said which floor it was on and never bothered to go to the third floor to check.

Excellent location, which is why we booked this place. Rooms are pretty small, but with the price it makes sense. Kitchen and bathrooms are shared with other guests on the same floor (2 bathrooms for 6 rooms/12 guests, which felt sufficient.) Common areas were well maintained and very clean.

Had some issues with check-in, the previous guest had not checked out when we came. We had to wait for around 30 minutes, but we got one night refunded, so it was good :)

Close by many things like food and convience short walk to convention. Bed was comfortable

No tv like advertised, at night heat kicked on and was way too hot to sleep comfortably. Had informed them when it happened took a day to respond and wouldn't fix until we were gone

Easy self-checkin anytime (we arrived after midnight), comfortable bed, two bathrooms each floor, we didn't hear any other visitors!

Location was the only good thing

Having to text back en- to get in to location on the 1st time then had to sleep with door room open to get any kind of heating in the room 2nd day try to be nice and email them that I had a suggestion about the AC unit in the room should be removed because the temp out side is the same as in doors because the heat is being completely lost, on my return in the evening besides being left outside for over an hour because my code would not work then the back en forth text an hour in sub 0 freezing temp they gave me the lock box code that took some work and would not even unlock to get to keys when it finally got keys two other guests where sent down to open door then was told to tell the guest not to leave because they didn’t want them to be locked out as well once upstairs in room realized the AC unit was still in window again slept all 3 nights with door wide open to get some heat in the room. I got cleaning wipe and cleaned almost anything I had to touch because you can tell it hadn’t been wiped clean in some time handles in kitchen and bathroom and room also has to swep up other trash that had been left there from previous visitors before me.

Though it only has shared bathrooms, there are just 6 rooms on one floor that share two bathrooms, and they were clean, so that's pretty ok.

A small deficiency is that the sink of the bathroom I often used drains slowly.

the location was nice, the room clean and comfortable. I used the kitchen several times. It was nice.

the drinking/cooking water has a strong odor. I had to haul up bottled water using the stairs. Also, there was no salt, pepper, sugar or oil in the kitchen. all the pans were big. I bought a small skillet to cook breakfast ( and donated it for others to use.) Also, there was no one else staying on my level & a late checkout would have helped me a lot, but request was denied.

It was pretty alright, sharing bathrooms wasn’t a problem at all and I never had to go when both were occupied. The bed is comfortable, there’s no screens on the windows so bugs can be an issue but it wasn’t too bad for us. It’s a great location, the train station is right across from the place and it’s one stop away from the Logan Airport and South Station.

All of the pictures make it seem a lot bigger than it is. There’s not a tv, and there’s maybe a foot of walking area from the bed to the wall. But hey for the price, it was comfortable.
