We loved how clean, spacious, and homey the hotel room felt. We brought our pet corgi with us and it was perfect for us. Full size kitchen. My fiancé said “wow we could stay here for a week”. We were only there for one night but I would’ve loved to stay longer. What we loved the most: fresh baked cookies upon arrival, friendly and accommodating staff. Clean spacious room with a clean full sized fridge. Felt like a little apartment. Beautiful window view of a little river & lots of trees! Nice outdoor area for pets. Hot coffee in the morning with a hot breakfast. My fiancé said this was the best room we have ever stayed in so it exceeded his expectations lol! Although we have stayed at much fancier hotels.. this one really won him over!

Our air conditioner didn’t work well but it wasn’t a huge problem. I also just really like it cold when I sleep.

Nothing. Beside rhe breakfast was good.

They double charged me for my room and the man that worked this morning was screaming at me and super rude.

Dishes were unusable

as expected..good ..not exceptional

tile floors in room were sticky..no bedding for 3rd adult. We had to good fetch the bedding. bathroom fan ran all the time..even at night. No usb ports...breakfast ended very early.

I liked the location. I was also changed to a slightly better room than the one before.

Cleanliness, the machines in the gym were mostly not operational, housekeeping did not come to service even after I’d been there 6 days, and the toilet ran constantly (did not contact anyone though) 1/2 of the lights in the room were burned out. A quick change would’ve brightened the room up another 30%.

Breakfast was so-so. towels were generous. Room was spacious

The king bed mattress was not good. Kept waking my wife because it was so loose. The 'blanket' was actually a mattress pad. Kept adjusting the heating controls to stay warm. Breakfast sandwiches came with no cooking instructions. The associated muffins/buscuits were tough and tasteless
