Nice location and very clean.

The shower door needs adjustment. It is difficult to slide open.

no place for pet waste air conditioner not working loud outside sitting area very dirty

breakfast was good except lack of water to drink.

Water container was empty after 3 or 4 people filled their tiny cups. Nobody would fill container up until asked to do so. could not get a picture in one of the TV's. Toilet seat was loose. toilet bowl kept on running. garbage someone left in the hallway was left there for over one day. Told the checkout lady at the front desk about the problems and she seemed totally indifferent.

very clean and nice. Nice pool and hot tub. The staff was very helpful and nice. Everyone and everything was very accommodating

Mildew smell in vents severe enough to cause allergies; sewage smell throughout property causing complaints by various people; water boil order we were never made aware of.

The reception was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and we both had a very good night sleep.
