The staff were amazing. Clean. Near the interstate. Breakfast was the normal, hot and cold selections. I would stay there again. I would recommend. I travelled with a dog. The room they assigned me was near the side door, so I could walk my dog more easily. Reasonable dog fee

The staff was very friendly & personable. They did an amazing job of keeping all common areas (including keeping the floors dry from the pool area to the elevators) and rooms clean and sanitzed.
They also are a pet friendly hotel :-)

It seemed brand new. Everything was tastefully decorated and clean. Rooms were large. Staff was kind. Pool was small enough that I felt safe letting my younger son swim alone without an adult. Breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection of items.

The staff was very friendly. And I appreciated the early breakfast start even on the weekend.
It was a bit noisy due to little league teams staying there. But we were put in a room far from the foot traffic, so that helped.

Difficult to access room- 2nd floor, far from elevator-limited parking.

Breakfast was good.
There was damage to the room door as if someone attempted to break in with a pry bar. Super loud from room above us. Tears in the comforter. Front desk took 10minutes to get to front desk to check in.

Location was really good. Property was rather new - so it has great potential.
Attention to detail with cleaning. I manage properties and look at entries, borders, corners - hallways edging - elevator trim/edges along floor - could use some steam cleaning. It's a pretty new property.
Didn't dislike any of it - I just am a detail person and it's what I do......

All the staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs …especially Kelly the breakfast staff coordinator she was very helpful and friendly.
The rooms were very clean and everything was tasteful and nicely decorated. we were able to make use of the fitness center which was very nice clean and convenient.
Air circulation in the room could’ve been better. The bathtub didn’t have a plug so we weren’t able to take a bath that’s something that could be addressed.

location was good for visiting our family.
I requested a “handicap accessible room” since I recently had foot surgery and use a scooter. We were told no handicap accessible room was available. Week day breakfast hours were listed as to 10am, but changed to 9am. We did not get breakfast on Monday.

the location and staff.
we ended up in a handicap room with weak shower and a curtain that allowed lots of water to flood the bathroom floor. the room was not very clean. other guests were very loud well into the night.

Dakota was a great host! He checked us in with no problems due to our early arrival! Room was extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay again! The customer service was remarkable!
The overall experience was really dope! If I'm ever back in the area this would be my go to location

The location is a little challenging to find but the hotel well maintained and it was a comfortable stay.
