Love everything this place has offered. I got perfect fifth floor with ocean view- it’s reasonable to pay for this view. Clean sheet & nice vanity set for guests. Swimming pool is perfect for relaxing. We found some roosters and iguanas near by (if you not scared ) they’re friendly. Location is Perfect! It’s the very first hotel when you’re entering the island.

The room was good pool view. But the shower water never got hot . Just lukewarm.

The girl in front desk when we check in not very welcoming appears that she is carrying the problem of the world, thank God a colleague of her stepped up to help us and answer our questions, his name is Jarel. We came from a long drive and he greeted us with a smile, thanking us for choosing 24 North Hotel and explained that the reason we have to move to the partner hotel the Gate instead in a nice accommodating calm and smiling voice- it was a relief… unlike the girl who seems very upset when asked why… customer service…

Starbucks was connected to hotel. Pool vibe was nice.

This is a regular Hotel!! Not not a resort! Not as advertised. Over priced. Bar inside lobby was never open. Parking was horrible. Elevators barely work. There was NO beach access. Rooms outdated couches extremely worn out as well as mattresses.

I absolutely loved the hotel the way it looked and the structure of it and also all the amenities it offered. There is a pool, a fitness center a breakfast bar and everything else you could ask for near by. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating with everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in key west. I will definetly come back.

There was not one thing I can say i did not like honestly.

It is at a convenient location

No more breakfast included, it was decent but not worth the 300 dollars the night. I could have done without the roosters singing at 3:00 am even though I love roosters.

Paying 500 for a room that was worth 125 at best

Nice property, slight far from the old town but the shuttle service is PHENOMENAL.

Nice rooms and bathrooms, nice pool area, and guests are allowed to also enjoy the pools of the 3 neighbouring hotels! Several hotel restaurants to choose from. And a free shuttle to and from downtown! Most of all, kind and helpful personnel - the receptionist learned my name!!

40.00 resort fee per day. we are seniors who only use the pool and nothing else. we are also disabled and are limited in what we do

Nothing. The photos are nothing like the property or the rooms.

The bedsheets and pillow casing had blood stains / carpet stains / I rented 3 rooms and left after 14hours. 2nd room AC took 5 hours to cool down 1st 2nd 3rd rooms all smelled like weed and cigarettes.

The sunset from right outside our door on the second floor was beautiful! Apparently it's connected with the other three hotels next door so you could use any of the pools, bars, etc.
