The breakfast was great. Every member of the staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel was clean. The staff, especially Donna, were helpful. The breakfast was good. Not the typical muffin & fruit for breakfast.My hat goes off to the cleaning staff. Thanks to everyone who made my stay worthwhile.

the decor of the rooms

my toilet didn’t work. had to change rooms in the middle of my stay after I unpacked. front desk clerk was rude, offered me a plunger after I spent hundreds of dollars on a room then had the nerve to get a little attitude. went to the new room and went to take a shower. a small ball of hair was in it. I don’t think I’d ever stay at this one again.

They had a great selection for breakfast all the breakfast staff was very friendly!

I thought it was a little pricey but we love this hotel and have have stayed here many times while my two sons were being seen at Duke.
