Difficult getting into and out of the property from the main road

Always clean. The staff is friendly. We stay whenever we are in the area. The breakfast is good, plenty of selection and it's fresh. We travel with two children 8 years apart. They are both happy to stay here.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, and full of information. They were fine about a slightly late checkout which helped us a lot.

Nothing. It was a good experience and we were glad we selected Dahlonega for our stay. The community is pleasant and has a real feel to it.

My son found a pocket knife under the chair and I found a capsule by the nightstand. We weren't looking for things, we just happened to come across them. I'm not one to search high and low for anything unless we're looking for the cleanliness of the beds. Not a huge issue, just what we didn't like about our stay.

Conveniently located near downtown Dahlonega, less than a mile from the square.

People smoking Pot in the hotel, even though it was a smoke free hotel.

Colleen at the front desk was over the top polite and very very nice! Comfort Inn, you need to hire more employees like that one!!! She was very informative and extra sweet!!!

The staff was super nice and very helpful. The beds were HEAVENLY!! The pillows were perfect! The breakfast had options which was nice for our kids, especially one with food issues.

The staff; I think the lady who was so wonderful and gracious at breakfast and at the front desk might have been named Coleen, but I may not be remembering that correctly. However, she was outstanding; so very helpful; made us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again when we are in this area.
