owner didn’t inform us about parking permit and our truck was towed! $500!! for the three hours of them getting our truck from apartment complex!! we actually locked ourselves out bc we thought they stole our truck owner charged extra fee for opening door for us!!!! I read these places try to con you but didn’t believe it. I will never go back

facilities and communication fine, still have not received our refundable deposit back yet of $250 so that is a draw back.

The shower heads are t even attached to the wall, there is no playground as advertised, there were no snacks as advertised.

Pool closes at 11pm but we were rushed out of the pool at 10:30 by the person who locks up whoever he is . This happened 2 days in a row .

I didn’t like the check out time and the fact that some of the items described on the welcome letter were not available. The elevator took for ever.

Good location, close to beach with gear wagon. Generally clean and comfortable.

I rarely leave reviews, good or bad, but felt obligated to share my experience so others can have all the facts before booking at this place. We were disappointed from the beginning as pics show upper floor balcony with a view but arrived only to find out the unit was on ground floor, without a nice place to sit and enjoy the view. Contacted owner but he said its a problem with how Booking site is set up and there's nothing he can do..he told me to complain to Booking and that I should have known I was booking a ground floor, despite nothing in the descriptions that state which unit is ground vs upper -- and all the descriptions having the same unit number of 104F. (Update: A week after staying here, I noticed on Booking that the pic he had of the upper balcony was removed from the listing...glad it was fixed but it was a major bait and switch for us). Then on the first morning we woke to the most god-awful smell of sewage inside the unit. After contacting the owner again, his solution was to move us to an upper floor unit the next day, for an extra $100!! Wow, I feel so fortunate for the privilege of paying him more to make the situation right, lol! He even stated I should be happy because I was getting the place at half the rate he was able to charge last year. For the community facilities, again the pics showed a public terrace with nice comfortable cushioned chairs and couches. In reality, there were only wooden straight-back chairs to sit in. When we tried to use the public hot tub, it only got luke warm after running for over an hour, so that was a bust. There were other nit-picky things that I won't mention, other than to point out they are not things one would expect in this level of property. Overall, the attitude of the owner regarding the misleading balcony picture and the sewage smell was very disappointing, with most of his concern being that the rental rates were half as much as in previous years.
