great location. easy to get to all the sights by the subway. Fab restaurants and craft breweries within walking distance. awesome view from roof top.

breakfast wasn’t that exciting

Perfect location, few meters to metro station and it takes just few min to reach Manhattan. The hotel is clean, breakfast was nice as well. We really appreciate free coffee and tea during the day in the lobby!

The room was a bit small and there was some outside noise, but that's understandable for such a big city :) Also, there could be kettle and some coffee/tea in a room and glass cups instead of plastic - the same in a lobby, would be more eko friendly with glass cups instead of plastic :)

The room was facing the main road so if your sleep is 'light' you are likely to hear noise from ongoing traffic

Hotel decor was dated and the bathroom shower door in my room came off its hinges during the stay.

We stayed in NY for 5 days during the Halloween period. The hotel is conveniently located very close to a subway station (2 lines) and 10 min walk from another subway station, also good to reach centre Manhattan). The room and the common spaces were very clean (and they change the towels every day, no need to ask for). The hotel has a terrace (where you can bring you food and have your breakfast) with a very nice view on the skyscrapers of Manhattan. Highly recommendable!

I chose this hotel because of price and because of its location close to Manhattan and close to the next Metro station. I stayed with my two kids in the "Family Suite" which included a king size bed and a single bed. The room was cleaned every day. We really loved the view of the Manhattan skyline from the terrace and the Metro station Court Square was really close (200m). The surrounding of the hotel felt pretty safe and I was glad to have a medium sized supermarket at the entrance to the Metro. I consider the WiFi rather reliable while my kids were not always satisfied. Indeed, during one day the connection was rather weak, even with failing TV reception. Breakfast was quite good. I appreciated that they provide not only plastic plates and cutlery but also reusable stuff. Free bagels, coffee and tea were available 24/7.

First, the room was rather small, description says 17 square meter which is probably correct. Anyway, I would not really call the room a "Suite" which is rather misleading! In the room, there was only one chair for 3 persons. Some of the fotos are also misleading, e.g. the breakfast images. I stayed several nights but croissants, rolls or bananas were never available for breakfast. A high-end coffee maker as seen on the fotos was also not available. It would be helpful to have at least one microwave in the public space. A gym was indeed available but it included only some bikes and bar-bells. Nothing else, which was a little disappointing for my kids. Anyway, I would book here for the next stay and can really recommend the location. The hotel is welcome consider these remarks as a possibility to improve service.

At arrival, I was a bit disappointed as the building looks more like a motel than a NYC hotel. However, the room was actually pretty nice: good size, comfy bed, fridge, and I had requested a quiet room so it was top floor and end of the corridor. The hotel is just one block from Court Sq metro station with exellent connections to Manhattan. There are restaurants and shops nearby (as well as two microbreweries and a MoMA side show). Breakfast was included.

The gym had only two exercise bikes and three walkers in a tiny space. No bar or restaurant

Nice and comfortable rooms. I liked my view. The terrace is the best. Great location. Breakfast was okay.

There was just a tiny confusion with payment upon the arrival. That's it.

We stayed for a week and the breakfast was almost the same every day.

Very comfortable, large bed, great power shower, everywhere clean Staff all willing to be helpful. Only 200m from Metro station, and one station from Lexington Avenue in Manhattan

We got very little sleep over 2 nights because we were in a room (208), which fronted on to the main road, with apparently only single glazing. The heavy traffic started shortly after 5am and lasted late into the night, this was extremely loud, as were bin men and loud late pedestrians. I would suggest rooms to the rear would be better.

room small and dated aircon very noisy they put a room fragrance smells unbearably terrible, is like a very cheap chemical staff , we had to put it in bathroom cabinet and closed the door but still couldn’t get rid of the smell ! felt like being poisoned!
