The location

We booked 2 suites, and 1 had a very strong cigar smell! I have a baby, and my husband has asthma, I called, and they gave us another room that smelled like throw up! It was bad! Party rooms from the night before! The hallway carpet is really dirty, the housekeeper was very rude! I've stayed here 2 years before, that's why we booked again it's not cheap they are not maintaining this hotel at all! Disgusting brown stains in the ceiling of the pool, jacuzzi completely closed! Pool water was super cold until I asked. They said they forgot to turn it on! We go to this area 2 times a year we will be looking for a new hotel to stay! You have a very nice property, so sad you're letting it go.

Location was perfect and the hotel was well maintained! Friendly front desk staff was a plus as well!

The hot tub was not working.

It was close to the highway and shopping was near by. The front desk was very friendly and nice

the rooms were not clean, spider webs in spots that should be regularly cleaned, random trash under things. breakfast was awful and the woman working asked if one of the patrons would fire her because she apparently hates her job, they were out of most foods, both waffle makers labeled out of order, no fruit, only eggs and sausage patties.

Unfriendly staff, disgusting rooms(someone’s used napkin was crumpled up on the floor beside the bed and there were wrappers stuffed behind the headboard), the room was not clean and in need of maintenance, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the walls are paper thin.

The breakfast was delicious. It had plenty of variety.

The tub faucet was loose and hard to use. It was very stressful trying to take a shower.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!

The trim had dead flies in the window seal and the bathroom door was dangerous. I cut my finger trying to close the bar door. it slides past the bathroom and my finger got pinched between the door & wall. ( Could have been much worse) so I had to warn the others in the room to be careful when sliding the bathroom door closed. could be very dangerous for a child!! The hot tub was not available.

The beds were comfortable. We liked the cube chairs.

The hall was filthy, the window, the public spaces were all sticky and dirty. Why was there a vase of nasty old flower water near the elevator? It was there the whole time. The staff was rude or non existent. The breakfast was lacking. And why isn't the pet fee on your website?!

Clean, comfortable, and excellent area to walk our puppies.

The room looked and smelled clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff is always nice.

The breakfast was awesome with a huge selection and all of it was very good. The room (suite) was extremely well laid out & very comfortable. The location is great with everything you could want right nearby. The entire staff from check in, (Stormy was exceptionally helpful) to housekeeping were friendly & the most genuinely helpful I've ever encountered. This hotel is managed very well. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The shower water fluctuated between very hot & cold, and it was during the middle of the day. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom or it didn't work. Now, for just better creature comforts, the trash can liners were too small & sooo thin they don't even work. One larger trash can needed in the room for the guests take out food containers to fit in. There needs to be 2 simple hooks put in the bathroom to hang the towels or your clothes. A nightlight in the bathroom would be very helpful.

Food was good. The attendant did a nice job keeping the food full and fresh.

Less chlorine in the pool. 2 of the treadmills didn’t work
