The bed was okay

Our bathroom smelled the pot all the time.

Beds weren’t very comfortable, breakfast was okay, pool had 3 chairs for people to sit at, halls smelled horribly from weed, front desk staff needs to be more friendly, too many non staff and non customers in and out the back door by the pool. Hanging out in cars, smoking and playing loud music in the parking lot

Breakfast was good, service was good.

Had problems with door keys constantly

front desk person was very accommodating!

Everything was good including the free newspaper and free breakfast.

Not much, I expected so much better from staying at other Microtels in my travels.

The room smelled of body odor and the couch in the room was stained with "white sauce". It made me feel like the rooms were rented for hourly rates.

Didn’t make it to the breakfast. Location and employee at front desk was great.

My room wasn’t very clean. My 14 year old daughter find a cup with ashes and drugs (weed) in it under the bed when she was looking for her airpod. We didn’t have any cups or a ice bucket in there. The skirt on the beds was very dirty and stained up so they haven’t been taking off the bed. The manager I guess was suppose to get in touch with me and never did. I was still charged the full price.

Jacuzzi in room, the lay out of the room was nice. Close to everything Walmart, meijers, restaurants

Tv stations, they need to offer streaming. When met another couple there, went to lobby to play cards and have a adult drink. We was told no drinking in lobby. That was a first in my 53 years.

The facility was convenient to restaurants and to the church that w were attended for a women’s conference.

This was the first time that I have ever stayed at one of your hotels and the breakfast was cold, I couldn’t eat it.

The room was dirty asked the staff about it front desk clerk was upset about it and sent the housekeeper in which came and looked and the clerk said I will do what I can to try and clean it. I must say it was still dirty when we returned back to our room.

The room smelled like old cigarettes. And the walls are super thin, you can hear the guy next door talking on his phone.

Staff was very unhelpful, first room given that had been given to us wasn’t ready upon arrival and when we returned hours later it was filthy when entered. Went to the front desk we had to wake up receptionist who was angry we woke her and had a “friend” laying down asleep on the couch in the lounge by and we were told they had changed our room without notice. The “new” room had really dirty sheets which looked like someone had used th bathroom on them.
