Confort in rooms and location that is very convenient for me at this time.

clean. well designed rooms. small but useable gym. nice breakfast.

No hot water at 4:30am for a morning shower. Very noisy from the highway and super loud A/C unit. Breakfast was limited on selections.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, very clean! It’s near a Dickeys BBQ and Dominos Pizza Sonic, Walmart and grocery store are also not far.

The bed wasn’t the worst or the best I’ve slept on. Also if you stay in the front of the hotel you will hear lots of road noise.

Everything, the room A/C was broken it was extremely hot, No hot water in the morning, and not a working TV. It was horrible. the day shift worker did absolutely nothing.

They did not sever breafast. After i was told they offered it. I had to call for towels. The pool area did not have towels again i had to ask for some. The pool had dirt and leaves in it. The elevator stopped woeking and well we had to use the stairs to the 3rd floor, not okay when you have asthma. They left laundry out in the dinnine area. They didnt even have shampoo or body wash. This hotel does not live up to the Mariot standards or name. I will never stay with them again. Its sad that the hilton offered better service then you all. They had an amazing breakfast and i paid less to stay with them. Plus the imigration camp right out side the hotle.
