The breakfast was good. Really enjoyed the quiche.

Could have had a few more hot foods.

Breakfast lacked any meat. Tea with room was difficult to get to or find.

Rooms were a little outdated. Couldn’t hook Wi-Fi the second night. Room keys didn’t work second night.

Location and staff were great. Pet friendly was the main reason I chose this property.

Entering the room the first thing I noticed was the smell. Musty and stale. Bathroom sink had numerous rust stains. Hair in bathtub, beds and pillows. Pillows and their cases were dirty and stained. Yes, I could have notified front desk but with all of these issues I realized another room would likely be just as bad and I knew my stay would be brief. Too bad, I really wanted to like this property.

The room was wonderful, and breakfast offered more variety than was expected.

The beds were a little too stiff for my taste.

The manager had the heat turned on in our room before we arrived. It was cold in Eureka Springs the day we arrived! Such a thoughtful thing to do. Breakfast is good. Second time we stayed here. Will stay again.

Our toilet ran . Had to jiggle handle.

I loved the whirlpool bathtub. The room was clean. The staff were extremely nice. The hotel was close to everything with a great location.

I wish I could have stayed longer.
