Location was very convenient. It has a nice pool!

The walls were paper thin which made it very hard to sleep at night given that next door there were some ladies whose conversations we could hear very clearly. Also they kept some lights on outside that were extremely bright. I made my reservation through booking but when I got there to check in they asked me for my credit card information because they needed to charge me an extra 25 dollars, which I think they should be included in booking. When I paid on booking it said all taxes and fees included (they certainly weren’t). When we made the reservation on booking we selected on of the rooms with ocean view, which we didn’t get. The fact that it didn’t have an ocean view doesn’t really bother me, what does bother me is that you’re supposedly paying for something that you’re not getting (plus 25 dollars).

No one was there when we checked in and we were 5 mins past check out weren’t even in the hotel room and were charged a late fee

The cleaning. I stayed in a non smoking room and the smell of cigarettes was unbearable.

we really wanted to say this was a great place but we just can’t. They were wonderful about us checking in super late but that’s where it ends. they double charged me for my room which they claim they refunded but a week later, I haven’t seen it yet. When we arrived the room was disappointing to say the least. The furnishings were beat up, beds so uncomfortable, and there was black mold in the bedroom on the ceiling and in the bathroom. You could see the waterline from water possibly hurricane flooding? We checked out within a couple hours and still have not been refunded our stay.

The staff was very helpful. At one point they lost some information and the owner who got involved was very rude and threatening. I will not go back there because of his arrogance. However the staff almost made up for it .

Sorry I mixed things up, location was good and the staff over the top helpful. The priority could use some upgrades and work .
