Friendly owner, room stocked with all amenities; clean, sturdy furniture (including mattress).

It was on right off the main route, and there was a lot of traffic. Next door someone used a machine that made strange wheezing noises, which we heard most of our stay. Perhaps a respirator…the walls were supposed to be soundproof. We requested a back room, away from the traffic, but were told they were reserved for smokers. Why do smokers receive this benefit over non-smokers?

Person at front desk was very polite and accommodating. Asked for first floor room, it took him a minute but found one for me. Room was clean, looks like they are in process of updating, Floor was new, freshly painted, bathroom fixtures were new, furniture was older but clean and working. Property was clean, leaves were falling but I always saw someone sweeping them up. More than I expected for the price. Checkout same as check in, very polite and helpful.

Newly remodeled rooms, very friendly staff. Last 2 hotels I stayed at didn't have ice machines that worked and this one did. Property is about 15 minutes from legoland, 45 depending on traffic to disney (when we went it's was 1.5 hrs due to wrecks). About an 1.5 hrs to any beach as well. We went to Vero Beach.

No breakfast served construction going on office was closed the whole time. Too much noise to relax too many migrant workers and someone tried to steal my batteries from my boat.

I couldn't find the ice machine. I arrived at 5:00pm and had to check-in talking to a man behind a large plexi-glass and he didn't speak English very well. Luckily, I was there because at midnight I got very sick with vomiting and diarehha. The room kept nice and cool at 72 degrees.

The room smelled and the furniture is old. it needs an upgrade.

Heavy road construction outside the hotel made it difficult to get to. Checking in through a security window was disconcerting. The attendant was gruff. The key system was temperamental. The room smelled of disinfectant. The room had a few roaches and crawling bugs on furniture and floor that we didn’t notice until later. The road noise was constant. Very limited choices on places to eat nearby. Electricity went out twice in the late evening/early morning for over an hour each time.

Lock on door was broken. People gathering outside the motel did not sit well with us. We left within 15 min. We did not feel safe !!!!!!

There wasn’t anything and nobody let me know what the internet was and password, where the laundry facilities were, and or any information about the restaurant. It would be nice to have a sheet of paper, like a little welcome letter in each room that explains all this and whatever else to your customers.

Clean inside and out, cleaned room every day, replace dirty towels every day, it was great place for the price, nothing fancy, Hot shower and bed!!

Think the mattresses could be updated, they were pretty hard

There was hair on shower walls. The towels and shower curtain were dirty. There was a group of men next door and other rooms that gathered outside our windows that were talking and being too noisy. The tv connection was bad. And it made it uncomfortable to go out our door.ive stayed there before about 3 or 4 years ago it was ok then but it has really went down. Plus road construction was bad. The back of the motel was dark and scary.

Absolutely horrible! I would not stay here ever again!

Absolutely horrible, from location, to road being under construction, to bad horrible overwhelming smell of cheap cleaning products, to not being able to actually get into the office area of the hotel, to there not being a breakfast as advertised. Just awful!!
