We’ve always liked hostels, finding that the common areas provide opportunities for socializing that conventional hotels don’t. That makes travel feel less isolated.

We loved the communal areas & big kitchen for cooking. Also really enjoyed reading by the fire downstairs! We’ve stayed here a couple of times and always meet such amazing people. thanks for a great stay.

Excellent location, close to downtown, 10-15 minutes to Ski Cooper lodge. Staff are super helpful and engaging. Huge kitchen/meal prep area and common space.

It was super inexpensive. Leadville is a beautiful town too.

Two of the other guests in the room set alarms for 5 AM then didn't get up. Also seems like there was a vent blowing near my head.

It was very nice. very spacious sitting areas. big locker per person that it could fit carryon luggage, hang few clothes and shelf space too. big kitchen. nice ppl.

Everything was awesome! Super chill people, the kitchen was awesome, this place is a well-oiled machine. Free coffee, awesome hang-out places, nice beds, sweet basement, and all the staff are great! A lot of them are basically just hanging out with the people staying there so it’s very easy to get help with anything you need

We truly enjoyed our stay at Cloud Inn. The room was stylish, quiet, and clean. Close to downtown, it was a perfect place to rest after a day of skiing. Definitely will be back when visiting the area again!

Unlike many hostels I've been to, this one had a superb setup. The kitchen was incredible and it had two tv rooms with a fireplace in each which is kind of important at this time of year.

We stayed in a private room with no windows and under the stairs so not only was it a bit suffocating but we also heard the footsteps of people going up and down the stairs BUT for the price we paid, we wouldn't expect perfection. So, yeah, good value!

The staff was alright but other than that I cannot recommend this place

There were to scary men in their mid forties in my room so I didn’t feel safe. The hostel wasn’t that clean either. Overall I really didn’t enjoy my stay

First three steps downstairs the obvious smell of mold hits you. The bathroom as well. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was tiny with no ventilation. I've stayed in hostels all across the world and this is in my bottom three. I would recommend just driving to twin lakes and camping in your car instead of this place. The upstairs is nice enough actually, but the most of the rooms are downstairs and you'll be breathing in mold 100%
