Comfortable beds

Wasn’t able to check in on time, took 2 hrs after check in time to get us in. Halls were dirty and muggy.

The hotel was close to Santa Monica Pier. I liked the convenience of getting food delivered to my hotel room.

I did not like the limit breakfast option and no microwave in the room.

The location is great. It's walkable around the hotel and to the beach.

New hotel a short walk from the main sights in Santa Monica and opposite the light rail station to the rest of Los Angeles; very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant rooms.

Car parking is at the top end of the expensive scale; no microwave in the room; car park entrance is in 5th street not Colorado avenue, as per the address which confuses SatNavs!

we forgot my sons custom toy from Disneyland - in the room the day we checked out - Called to report it same day afternoon and did also by email. we were put on ‘wait and we ll check’ for more than two weeks without any update even if called email again several times. at the end they mentioned ‘it wasn’t found’. cleaning linens policy was never communicated to us. no linen towels were changed in 3 days we stayed.
