We needed a last-minute stay in mid-town Atlanta (because our original plan fell through), and this location worked out perfectly for my daughter and I. The price for this location was reasonable, especially since we booked it late at night, 1/2 hour or so before actually entering the premise. We didn't make use of the complete location, but it is a full-featured one-bedroom apartment, with a fold-out sofa. Sheets, towel, etc. were provided and clean.

A significant security deposit is required and had to be paid outside the Booking app. It was refunded without problems a few days after our stay.

Located very close to a mart station which i could easily walk to, near some good restaurants which are walkable (if you like walking) , Was nice to come back to after a busy of activities, property was clean and small, in a quiet neighborhood.

Not much complaints other than the wifi speed, there were days were i spent the evenings in the property and had some challeneges with the wifi speed but other than that the hosts were pretty responsive and made sure i got what i needed when responding

The lodging facilities were very comfortable, well located.

The 300USD deposit. The host didn’t return it entirely, just transfered 286. Nothing in the apartment was left out of place. I barely used the apartment, I was out all day, just went to sleep. Booking.com should check these policies. They are abusive with the guest.

Very nice location. Clean appartment. Fast responses from appartment owner. Good price for location, cleaniness and size.
