The room decor was nice. The hallway carpeting was pretty. The egg omelette was good.

The main reason I am giving the review I am giving is because of the dog policy. When we laid down on the bed, my husband could smell the dog from the previous occupants. We had to get a whole new comforter from the front office. It was bad enough for my husband to say that we will never book another Hampton Inn again and we didn't. When we came back through a city we had once stayed in a Hampton Inn, we chose to stay in another hotel just down the street. Until the policy is changed to allow no pets, we won't be back.

I was not told that we needed to request room cleaning when we checked in. That was for cleaning and for new towels the next day; When I questioned this the day attendant was rude. Also, there was no bath wash in the container in the shower and no complimentary lavatory lotions and such; the corners of the shower were filthy with orange grout; towel hook on bath door was missing and the one on the wall was pulling out; the carpets were fairly dirty. Very disappointed in the overall experience because I've stayed here twice before with little complaints.

We stayed in Hampton in Richardson for 9nights, today is our last day. Breakfast was OK. We are pure vegetarian, so cut fruits and cereal is the only option for 9 days. The hotel is really very clean. Afternoon receiptnist Dyln is a super helpful guy. I had really bad experience with morning receptionist I don't want to share her name but she was very rude and not at all helpful but luckily i tried to check with other receptionist and he really helped us and from last four day stay is much comfortable. 9 days continued. Staying in a small room for international travelers is hard, but the hotel is really clean, so we were ok. The water filter and washer dryer are also good facilities provided by the hotel. I will definitely stay in this hotel again for couple of days, but not for more days.

They are not cleaning the room every day, we have to request before 9 am for cleaning the room. I wish all staff of the front desk receptionist should be kind like Dyln.

Average breakfast and location is not too far from Cityline and the highway. Hotel was clean and it was fairly quite throughout the night. The layout of the room.

Fresh towels can be offered daily at least. The night staff was off doing something instead of being at the counter when guess arrive after the doors lock. Waited for like 5 minutes for someone to realize that I was trying to enter the building to check in.

great location. breakfast was great. lobby and entrance is beautiful.

the bath room has floating walls installed and there’s visible writing in between each shelf. there was also an large hole underneath the bathroom sink. the entry light also did not work.

Hallway on my floor was dirty from construction/repairs. One hall door to mechanical closet/electrical chase was open the entire time. very messy.

Food, location, beds, cleanliness, and gym was great. Courtesy front desk and service staff.

Open curtains - prefer blackout curtains. The thin sheer curtain left me feel exposed and being a solo traveler, I didn't like that, plus it times I would to sleep in and couldn't due to the sun beaming on the room.
