proximity to the beach

The difficulty of my kids being able to ride outside of the property. Security would not allow them in, even after my kids would tell them the location we were staying.

The location

A lot, seems old outdated and needs a good cleaning

The location was great. It was near stores and others shopping venues. The property was very well maintained.

Because I like to cook. More pots.

Needed a break

Quiet

The location is on a main thoroughfare. Traffic can be heard at all hours of the day and night. The bottom step of the stairway is an unmarked elevated platform approximately 3 inches higher than the sidewalk and parking lot. Because the platform and the sidewalk are the same material it makes it very difficult to see the elevation change. One of fell after not seeing the step off. The apartment is new and comfortable. It only sleeps 4 with one bedroom being a day bed. The facilities management were super nice.
