Love the breakfast. Staff were incredibly kind. We had hot water, but my moms room only got to lukewarm.

When we checked in I made it clear we had used an Uber to reach the hotel and shouldn’t be charged parking. The second to last day I requested a late check out and noticed we had been charged. I went to the desk and eventually they confirmed they had removed it. When I checked out, I asked for an itemized bill and sure enough, the parking was back on. Another 15 minutes and they finally have it taken care of. Glad they finally got it right, but it should not have taken 3 tries. Make sure to check your bill!!!

Very clean and the staff was super helpful when it came to activities around the area! There is a lot to do with in walking distance/5 min drive.

Die Lage - direkt am Seaworld - ist unschlagbar. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Frühstück wirklich toll für amerikanische Verhältnisse. Beim Personal gibt es noch Luft nach oben und das Parken kostet extra. Dafür sind die Zimmer super und die Badezimmer perfekt

Housekeeping has to be asked to change the sheets after we had been there for a week and then didn't do it until we asked again.

Not enough shuttle service to the park when you parking at hotel and parking at the parks that cuts into budget

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen um Sea World zu Fuss oder die Universal Studios und Disney World mit einem Shuttlebus zu erreichen. Der Shuttlebus kann im Hotel vis à vis gebucht werden (problemlos - den das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit)

Es hatte kaum ein Restaurant in der Nähe (ausser Fastfood wie KFC).

It was a large and very clean breakfast area.

This is not a criticism on Holiday Inn but the tap water smells horrible. No way I would drink it.

The location of the hotel was great. Close to the theme parks. Breaksfast was ok. The room had all the ammenities. The bed was comfortable.

Hotel parking quite expensive.
