Staff was very friendly and room was clean

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the next rooms and upstairs

I like staying there always clean and nice staff I will always stay there when I get a room.

They don’t give change for the vending machines and the WiFi don’t work well at all every time I stay I can never find a good connection and could use more light

Nice stay.

There were a few roaches.

Kevin was super helpful even though we got to the hotel in the middle of the night.

After being out and about all day I got back to my room to find out that the key to my room wasn’t working. I called the front desk to see if I just needed to go down and get a new key which they said I did. I go down and to my surprise the front desk was closed. I get that they were out on lunch but they could have said that instead of telling me to go down. After she came back from lunch I was told that the maintenance man had to go unlock my room because I was a no show the night before and even though my stuff was there they locked me out of my room. Per her instructions she told me to go back up to my room and the maintenance man would meet me there. I went back up and after 10-ish minutes no one showed up. I went back down to see what was taking so long and when she saw me that’s when she was just calling the maintenance man. He quickly gave us access back into our room. If they knew out stuff was there and had my credit card on file/my reg card why did they lock me out of my room!?! Makes no sense!

Clean, comfy, secure, staff friendly and helpful. Fast food close. Subway and 2 restaurants all in walking distance. Otherwise you need a car .

Air conditioners are noisy. But they all have been where ever we have stayed.

It was dirty and smelled like pee. It was not a good area. There are no amenities at all for the guest. Missing panels on every floor. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

The property smelled and it was dirty. decided to cancel the stay and look for a different hotel to stay in.
