The tiny house was very cute, had what we needed. As it indicates, some spaces are small (e.g. shower). Quiet, good to enjoy a morning coffee, beautiful sunrises, and some relaxation. Sedona is about 20 min away.

The only problem is internet! Not much reception, no free wifi and even the paid one ($5.95 a day) was very spotty. The cost for the room should have included free and more reliable Internet. We needed it to find places to eat, book activities, etc.

It was quiet and very relaxing. Was greeted by very happy individuals made us feel welcomed. Great view.

A little too far from Sedona.

Friend weekend to the Sedona Cottonwood area and Verde Valley RV park was the perfect location and setting for our stay. 40 minutes to Sedona, 10-15 to downtown cottonwood but it’s semi remoteness allowed for incredible stargazing at night and excellent view of the verde valley. Staff were excellent! Our Tiny house was super cute and cozy and just what we needed. Bed was comfortable. Most kitchen supplies provided. Fire pit, grill and picnic table outside looking out over the valley. I would stay again!

Pool and hot tub great, but a little bummed we weren’t able to rent equipment for the mini gold, pool table, ping pong, or shuffle boards due to covid.

Neat and fun experience. Quite and relax

Quite far away from the town. House is dirty. Found hairs on the futon and floor. Extra charge of WiFi. Hard to contact with office.
