The staff was very friendly. the facility was clean. Great location. Very nice breakfast.

Breakfast - we enjoyed that there was a variety of options to choose from and especially the hot foods that were available. The location was also close to the airport which made the travel and location stellar. In addition, we enjoyed the gym and ability to be able to launder our clothing.
Lastly, every single staff member was incredibly helpful and kind. This truly made the stay feel like a home away from home.
The standard rooms had spring mattresses and flat pillows.

The breakfast was good
our rooms bathroom doesnt lock. You can look it fron the inside but you can still unlock it from the outside by just pulling the door.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, liked the pillows, the breakfast was very good. I was pleased that there was laundry machines on premises.
I think for the price, rooms should be cleaned daily. Beds made, garbage emptied bathrooms wiped down.

That my credit card was charged for a smoking fee. I called the hotel 7 times with no call back from anyone, including leaving messages for managers. I filed a report with booking.com

Super easy check in with friendly guest services. Good variety for the included breakfast. Our room was extremely spacious with an extremely comfortable bed.

Awesome location and the room was very clean
It took the staff about 30 minutes to check me in because they couldn’t find my booking and had to reboot their system

Room and the whole model was clean.No extra furniture in the room,to pile your
belongs on,just enough to keep things organized.

Sheets were scratchy. They did nothing with the room between the first and second nights. we only had two bath towels.
the breakfast was sparse the 1st morning and no hot dishes on the second morning at 7:30AM
