Friendly staff, clean, modern, beautiful decor. I travel alone and feel safe while staying there which means a lot these days.

it was cold at night and heat never worked- called maintenance they came and he said he reset it . it still didn’t work, I had room 106

Spacious but wasn’t cleaned very well.

Two bedroom suite was great for two couples

The breakfast buffet wasn't nearly as good as it once was.

*update* -Assistant GM was very concerned and rectified the issue immediately. Upon arrival I was racially targeted by over night front desk rep, Brandon. I was told to take my business across the street because they didn’t have any rooms to accommodate my two small children, husband, and myself. I was set on staying at the location due to me driving five hours and traveling with small children. Brandon only decided to give me a room when I threatened him with corporate and upper management calls. My kitchen appliance did not work so my good spoiled nor did the Wi-Fi work. Will not be staying here again.

Location, how clean it was, staff was nice.

Breakfast could be alot better for what people pay to stay here. And I stay with this hotel everytime I need to stay in Little Rock and this time the damage deposit was higher and I didn't receive any notification that my money was returned. I fill as much as I stay here I shouldn't have to pay this fee.
