Nous avons bien aimé l'endroit et les trains ne nous aucunement empêcher de dormir. C'était une petite chambre, un peu vieillotte mais propre et lit très confortable. Personnel souriant et accueillant.

Mauvaise odeur provenant du drain de la douche. J'ai placé un ziploc dessus après notre douche et cela a beaucoup atténué l'odeur. On laissait la porte fermée et cela ne sentait pas ds la chambre. Endroit tranquille.

Very helpful staff, other than that you get what you pay for, which is good enough.

Trains pass by quite frequently.

The location was central to shopping and food. It was quiet. The rooms were small but nice. Very relaxing.

The bed was not the most comfortable but I would say it was most likely due to being away from home and sleeping in a new place. Trains go by like every 15-20 min it seems so bring a fan or noise machine to block it out. 9 out of 10. Shouldn’t keep you from staying here.

no door mat to wipe your feet- hard floor became muddy bring in luggage. no way to heat water for tea.

I tried calling the front desk about five or six times but no one ever answered because I had issues with the people next-door having their TV too loud and I couldn’t sleep plus they were partying so they were throwing themselves out against the wall which my bed was against and it was quite startling kept. me up most of the nite! The bad weather snow storm at Flagstaff and before I got there made me concerned that I would even make it to the motel so I try to cancel but booking.com and the people at the hotel would not allow it and we’re actually going to charge me $95 if I did cancel which was ridiculous. I would not use Booking.com again and I definitely would not stay at this hotel for the price of the value was terrible and the fact that I had no recourse or any way to get a hold of anybody was very disconcerting
