Super cute, clean cottage within walking distance of Nye beach and downtown shops and restaurants.

The second bedroom needs to have an actual bed in it. The little futon was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

It was adorable, in a perfect location, perfect size, and affordable.

The futon for the third person is OK for a kid, but so uncomfortable for an adult that my sister had to go out and buy an air mattress to be able to sleep on it. The futon should be replaced with a twin bed if they want to keep capacity at 3. Could house 4 if they put in a queen bed.

I was told a price when I made the booking, but I was charged two hundred dollars more after I got there.l would like to know why?

The location to the beach was the best thing about the home!

The furniture was sadly very uncomfortable, the main chair spun in circles when sitting it it and very uncomfortable! In the middle of the night my wife reached up for a new roll of t.p.......it was disgusting, looking like it was dropping in the toilet then put back in the cupboard, I have pictures I have taken,went to cook...could not cook anything we brought...the cookie sheets were rusted & no foil to cover them with. Just wax paper or zip lock bags. Went to make breakfast the skillets were all scraped up & had food left on them. We used a total of 4 cups 1bowl & some silverware. That was it ,forced to eat out due to unsuitable cooking instruments. The thermostat in the master bedroom was off,if you turned it above 50 degrees it would get close to 90 degrees. The thermostat desperately needs adjusting in the master bedroom we did not use the spare room,but if we wanted to we could not shut the door the doorknob was unscrewed,we did not bring tools.......... No instructions on getting the TV to work ,the couch was horrible no amount of pillows behind you could make,, it comfortable. When you say memory foam bed people expect a full memory foam bed not a hybrid,the bed however & the water pressure in the shower were good! Hot cocoa & coffee were the only foods we could do that we brought,the rest was take out😔,this was our very 1st time ever renting a home anywhere! Disappointed. My wife vacuumed & swept before we left, your cleaning crew uses a full vacuum it desperately needed emptied! We also washed the few things we used & started a load in the washer,sheets & towels.
