Condo is beautiful and very spacious design... love the fireplace and the spa tub in the master. Comfortable beds, great balconies. Great kitchen as well. Pretty decorations.

Pool was gross so couldn't use. None of the balcony doors had screen doors. Internet goes in and out. Cable in living room wouldn't work. And ice on fridge door not coming out but is making ice. Could have cleared the spider webs on the balconies, it was a lot.

The staff were great. Condo is very nice.

I wish the check out time was 11:00 instead of 10:00.

The location was great! The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and spacious. We would definitely book again!

Great location! Large opened kitchen, dining room, and living room. Fireplace. Very clean. I had a choice of using k-cups or coffee grounds.

The Jack and Jill bathroom's tub drained very slowly.

some of the furnishings outdated. in living room single window needs a true working window shade/curtain; wall of windows very drafty. Light fixture above kitchen table very dusty. small bathrooms shower drains very slow-standing in soapy water, also baseboards very dirty. In master bath strange shower/hot tub combo. tricky to get water adjusted and the water sprays out in crazy directions. in the kitchen the pots and pans were very unorganized, lacking enough coffee cups, medium sized bowls. The oven took much longer to preheat than normal. another chair in the living room would be nice.

The dishwasher wouldn't fully dissolve the dishwasher packs so it made me question the cleanliness, also the washer would only run about 12 inches of water in the bottom which made it difficult to wash laundry and that was one of the main reasons we chose this place as we are a family of 6 with little ones. Also in the master bedroom the hot water in the shower ran out VERY fast but you could immediately walk into the other bathroom and there would be hot water in there.

When we pulled up it was dark. The outside of the building was not appealing at all. The pool is very small and didn’t look clean. The inside was fair. There were no paper towels, cobwebs everywhere and the beds were very uncomfortable. Not to mention there was no one in front office if you really did need anything. Glad we stayed only one night

For the room it was clean.

Some lights didn't work, furniture out of date, bed linings did not fit properly, no extra blankets and the pool was disgusting.

We loved the location, the check in staff, the gas logs, the comfortable beds and the nice TV's in the den and 3 bedrooms.

We couldn't find any dish towels or dish cloths so we used paper towels. Most units have a sleeper sofa however this one had a singer pull out bed in the otterman. Luckily my daughter brought an air mattress so it wasn't an issue for us.

Location was good

The property needs updating in all areas except kitchen. There was an unpleasant smell in the unit upon arrival. After opening the sliding glass doors (no screen) and spraying the condo thoroughly with disinfectant spray, the odor was gone. The sheets on the beds did not seem to be freshly washed (if at all). We booked and paid for 2 nights, but left after 1 night.

It wasn’t clean and needed some real maintenance. Major cooked fish smell throughout the property, leaky air conditioning vents with rust, what appeared to be blood on the ceilings, stains, etc.

Not many cups for children. The furniture was not that comfortable to sit on.

Price and location. The room was nice and clean and everything worked.
