Habitación muy pequeña Cama muy pequeña Filtración en el baño (hotel es antiguo) Si haces el check out y quieres quedarte disfrutando de la piscina, se puede pero no hay duchas para antes de irte al aeropuerto, por lo cual no haces uso de la piscina. TV no es smart.

La habitación muy pequeña y muebles antiguos que no consideraban el escritorio de las fotos, el aire desajustado no tenía temperatura media como para dormir por tanto te congelas. El checkout y el desayuno muy temprano!

The location of this hotel is great, it's right downtown and well known by the tour companies. It is an older building that could use some updates. The staff at the reception desk are wonderful, very friendly and I was able to easily exchange money at a good rate. Breakfast was standard fare. A room on the first floor was a bit noisy hearing the bar at night and housekeeping starts cleaning very early in the morning. I also thought it was odd you had to hand over your key to reception everytime you leave the hotel. Slightly expensive for what you get but location really is great.

Location in Mendoza was good and the staff were helpful. The room wasn't wonderful and was quite basic and dated. The safe box was broken and various other furniture has not been updated for a long time. The hotel serves a purpose without being wonderful.

Very well located, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. everything is walking distance.

rooms are old… bathrooms with bathtub instead of walk-in shower, lack of illumination in bathroom (only three tiny lights over the mirror). few options at breakfast buffet. no fresh fruits or slices, only pre-made fruits salad.

Great location, walking distance to the beautiful squares and restaurants of Mendoza's city center. Also close to Aristides street, where some cool bars and shops are available, as well as to Parque San Martin. Although a little tired, the hotel's infrastructure was good, as well as the housekeeping. There ia also a good pool to relax after the tours of the day. Service was kind and caring with the guests.
