The beach of the hotel is very nice, it has also a big pool, and also a gym which is decently equipped.

The quality of the room (at least in the Mahogany part) is definitely not what I expect from a 4-star hotel in the 250 euro/night price category. It is dated, and not in a good condition. The lighting situation is strange. There is no chandelier and the lamps by the bed give almost no light. If you don't speak french, communication will be a problem more often than you would like. However I paid for the room in advance at check-in, and it was on the bill again at check-out, had to show the confirmation of the transfer to get it removed.

the cleanliness, there was hair in the bathroom. Rude staff at the Yumeli food stand by the beach that complained because I asked if it was possible to change the cheese in a panini. obstructed ocean view from our room instead of a full ocean view.

Very clean residence with a nice beach. Very good WLAN.

Food in the property is a bit expensive but good alternatives around.

Rooms were great, as was the pool and beach. Staff at the reception desk were particularly welcoming and friendly (Ingrid and Murielle gave a fantastic first impression).

Towards end of dinner service the buffet selection gets limited (so make sure you’re there well before 21:00). Restaurant staff also start filling plates for themselves before paying customers have done so. Restaurant staff and security on outside were not particularly friendly (i.e. would blank you when you say ‘Bonjour’).

- big resort with a lot of wonderful vegetation everywhere - great beach with fine sand, both the beach and water very clean - excellent internet available everywhere throughout the resort (rooms, restaurant, lounge, pool, beach, etc) - nice views - very diversified restaurant, always hase a lot of servings - free gym acces

- no free spa benefits. I was expecting at least some complimentary services given the paid price - during the weekend it gets extremely crowded, outside people are allowed to enter for free I think, the beach is full of agitation - there is no bathroom near the restaurant or beach, you have to go all the way back to the lounge for bathroom - most rooms are pretty far from the beach - most restaurant waiters only speak French - waiters on the beach always take your drinks from your table if you are a few minutes away (in the water, etc). Extremely annoying, they took my drinks multiple times this way - room cleaning doesn't have a specific schedule, they come at random hours (at 10, 15, etc)
