The location was perfect! I LOVE the shelving/drop zone when you enter the room that keeps everything off the floor and bed/chairs

The bathroom doors are really heavy and can’t be propped, which made it really difficult traveling with children, I had to use our bags stacked up during my shower so I could still hear my 5 year old. I travel alone with her often, so this wasn’t ideal. I might not rebook because if this. The channels listed weren’t all actually available, so my daughter could only watch Nick Jr., which was frustrating to her more than me.

It looked brand new. The elevator always smelled like a clothes dryer which was very nice. Everything was very clean. Really loved the unique furniture setup with the rolling desk and tv shelf and mini fridge area. Everything in the room and out felt very brand new and stylish. Was very surprised by the forward contemporary design.

Could of used extra pillows and towels and toilet paper. Didn’t really like bugging people to ask for some of that. The room was giant which felt empty and the one window shade didn’t work. Was expecting a king size bed but don’t think it was in fact a king. If check out time is noon, the breakfast and coffee and food area all needs to be open till at least noon or 1 or 2pm. People may want lunch. And or definitely a coffee before leaving. It seems smarter to keep people around and spend money then sending them off to Starbucks.

This property has been updated from top to bottom and was absolutely lovely. Friendly staff, modern and everything was bright & clean.

Good location, people and customer service was pleasant and helpful. Room was updated and clean.

I have no dislikes.

The staff was excellent and the room was exceptional! Super clean. Very comfortable. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at. I would highly recommend.
