The room was very nice and loved the view to see the area. Staff was very nice. Made it very easy for Ubers to get to us. Loved the Valet parking gentlemen opening and closing the door for our Uber drivers.

Would have loved breakfast hours to be the same all week. We missed breakfast everyday and when we though we were in time to get it, the hours were different and closed earlier so we went to Ruby Slipper. Also, wish we were prepared for the deposit although we prepaid for our rooms.

Das Frühstück Konzept war leider sehr komisch und für uns als Europäer eher nicht nachvollziehbar. Man bekommt einen Voucher und den muss man der Dame geben, bevor man überhaupt zum Frühstück hindarf. Bis dahin noch alles gut. Aber dann gibt unter anderen Sachen, die man sich wie in einen Supermarkt, aus einer Kühlvitrine nimmt. In diesem Voucher sind nicht alle Sachen inbegriffen und wenn man frisch, gemachte Gerichte haben möchte oder ein Eiergericht muss man extra dafür bezahlen. Den Kaffee lässt man sich in einem Papbecher aus einem großen Kaffeepot runter. Also für meine Begriff eher "Hostel" Style als Hotel Style. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, aber die Kommode im Badezimmer auch ein etwas fragwürdiges Konzept (für mich). Aber ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr schön. Das Badezimmer war sauber, aber die Dusche gleich neben der Toilette und mit Duschvorhang (bin kein Fan davon) könnte wieder einmal erneuert werden. Die Lage des Hotels war dafür sehr gut. Zusammengefasst: Für das Geld hätte ich mir mehr etwas mehr erwartet und diese ganze Plastikverschwendung beim Frühstück finde ich nicht ok.

Pictures on the site were deceiving. Did not like the fact that our rooms were cleaned every 2 days, and if I wanted fresh towels, I had to go downstairs to ask for them. The elevator was broken. I was not happy with my stay, and it was not worth the money. Felt like I stayed in a motel instead of a hotel. Need to be updated.

I liked the fact that we had breakfast and the room was spacious.

The fact that only ONE elevator was working, and on top of that they have a bug problem. Ants bit me on the ear and bit my boyfriend on the legs not to mention they had a small roach in the room….and the cups were filthy. For the issues that the hotel had, the least they could’ve done was gave us a discount. Yall have 14 floors, one elevator working, AND bug problems ?! The hotel is nice but it’s a lot of things that needs to be fixed.

Location , room size, roof top, and customer service

The Microsoft shutdown/ malfunction made a few things not work properly, but it was not this locations fault . They were very accommodating.
