I paid an extra $44 for an upgrade that clearly wasn't available. I reported this to management and was told I needed to contact Booking.com directly. The room was not as advertised; there was no hot tub, there was no fireplace.

Very nice people, rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped (newly remodelled).

The tiolet and sink and floors were very clean and the bed sheets were clean. You would hope this would be the case - but this place was otherwise disgusting. I am requesting a refund and would never recommend this run down motel!

Saftey issues- the fire alarm was broken, old plugs that looked like they shorted out, dirty widows, bathtub had stains (very old tub), stains on cieling (probably plumbing leaking from above room, spider and cob webs in corners of hotels room, old bath mat with brown stains, the water tasted like sulfur probably from an old and not maintened well. Outdated furniture and the bed springs and mattress had holes (very old). Don't ever stay at this place! The positive reviews are lies, or some people have very low standards!
