Mold in bathroom shower. Breakfast built into room price but hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage) were poorly presented and looked undercooked. Overall felt I paid at least $25 per night too much.

The people above our room had kids that were jumping up and down at 7 am in the morning

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was a good variety.

Bathroom floors in 303 need of a complete overhaul/ floor seemed loose with grout missing. Shower door was extremely heavy to push open/ close. Bathroom vanity looked weak and not sturdy. The bathroom is a hazard.

. The correct room we booked 309 was great after having to move from the first 417. Our problem was my husband was scheduled for surgery at 5:30am. The party next to us was having a party we called downstairs: they did move us unfortunately the room was under them so we also had to listen to the feet pounding on the ceiling as well. Had never had a bad experience like this at the Hampton before.
